Competência crítica em informação: teoria, consciência e práxis

Description

This being a first effort to present the state of the art of research and information literacy practices that have been Brazil, we invite to participate in this book a group of authors and authors residing in four of the five regions of the country (North, Northeast, South and Southeast), in addition to of some participants of the two studies mentioned above (Writings and Profile-i), both with thematic lines two groups specifically dedicated to the studies of critical information competence. The result is a selection of 15 chapters that the breadth of the latest approaches in CCI, the latter being, in English, signed by the American James Elmborg, one of the most referenced authors in Brazil among the pioneers of critical information literacy.
